The event starts at 6.30pm on 13 April 2019 and finishes at 2am on 14 April 2019. Campers are welcome to set up their sites before the event starts but will not be permitted into the event before 6.30pm.
Buses are available for travel from Nannup, Augusta and Margaret River stopping at places en route to the event. Buses are subject to numbers and will incur and additional cost of $20 per person. Please note; if you miss your return bus you will have to hitch a lift with someone else as taxis may not not come to Karridale.
On the night a "CASH ONLY" system is in operation for the purchase of drinks and silent auction items. Eftpos cards will be accepted for withdrawal of funds and payment of live auction items. Cheques will be accepted for purchases over $500 for auction items
Tickets are not available for purchase at the door. NO TICKET; NO ENTRY!
Strictly NO BYO. There is a full bar available on site. Responsible service of alcohol will be adhered to so please respect our volunteers behind the bar.
Bad weather will not affect the event from proceeding. In the event of cold or rainy conditions please bring sufficient clothing and camping gear (if required) to keep yourself warm. The event is held in an open circus tent.

Please DO NOT bring your own alcohol, nor any recreational drugs. Disrespect and unsavoury behaviour will be escorted off the premises.
Feel free to bring your best sense of humour, fat wallets or purses, a generous nature, dancing shoes and fabulous ball gowns or tuxedos.
There will be ample parking provided at the venue for all vehicles. If travelling from Nannup allow at least one hour, from Augusta (by road) 15mins, Margaret River 30 minutes, Busselton and further afield over one hour.
